Welcome to www.chebongdigitals.com! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and online store operated by Chebong Digitals (and Sparkville Post).

By visiting our site or purchasing physical paper goods or digital downloads from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions & Online Store Terms

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our products, artwork, or website service without express written permission from Chebong Digitals.

2. Intellectual Property & Digital License Agreement

All artwork, illustrations, Procreate brush files, surface patterns, stationery designs, photographs, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Cherry Hernandez / Chebong Digitals and are protected under copyright laws (© 2022–2026 Chebong Digitals).

Digital Products (Clipart, Patterns, Brushes):

  • Personal & Small Commercial Use: Purchasing a digital file grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal projects or small-business end products (e.g., physical stickers, planner spreads, or small craft items) as specified in the item listing.

  • Prohibited Uses: You may NOT re-sell, share, redistribute, sub-license, or upload our raw digital files (PNGs, Procreate brushes, vector files) to any file-sharing site, print-on-demand platform (e.g., Zazzle, Redbubble), or digital marketplace in their original or modified form.

3. Physical Goods & Sparkville Post Mail Club

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our physical paper goods, art prints, bookmarks, and envelopes as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to individual screen settings.

  • Pricing & Availability: Prices for our products (including VIP First Dispatch Passes) are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or quantities available to any person or region.

4. Payments & Order Verification

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal and manual options (GCash and BPI Bank Deposit).

  • Manual Order Processing: For GCash and BPI payments, orders are marked as Pending Payment upon checkout. Proof of payment (screenshot/receipt) must be emailed to chebongdigitals@gmail.com with your Order Number within 48 hours, or your order may be canceled to release reserved inventory.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic & International Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to additional handling fees, local import duties, or taxes upon arrival, which are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Shipping Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Chebong Digitals is not liable for lost or delayed mail caused by incorrect address information provided during checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Physical goods are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Orders for physical items may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been dispatched.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
